The "Wilde" by Borges & Scott is a premium leather Fedora. 

Each one is hand-crafted from high quality genuine Ecuadorian leather ensuring that this is a hat that will survive whatever you can throw at it.  As with all leather products, the look of the hat improves as the years go by. 

This Fedora is forged out of thick, stiff leather with a medium/wide brim size that will protect you from the elements.  The brim is "wired" to keep it in shape. It has a sweat-wicking inner headband that ensures a really comfortable fit. 

The classic Borges & Scott Teardrop Fedora shape gives this model a modern clean visual.  It sits quite close to the top of the head for a streamlined look.

As with all leather products this hat can be worn in the rain.  However, Borges & Scott recommend occasional treatment with a good leather lotion that will add water repellant properties.  If you do treat it with a good waterproofer, it can be considered the perfect cool and cold seasons rain-hat.
